To empower women in all career stages through a membership platform offering mentoring programs and leadership training led by industry role models. The initiative promotes gender diversity, inclusivity, and a thriving workforce by facilitating networking, sharing best practices, and supporting women to achieve their full potential.

Engage Corporate Stakeholders in R&D Investments

To create a platform for corporate stakeholders and donors to invest in R&D projects, showcasing the benefits and impact of initiatives to attract funding from industry partners. This collaborative approach aims to drive technological advancements, innovative solutions, and mutually beneficial outcomes for academia and industry.

Membership

The membership is broadly divided in to two group.

Professional Members (PMWTF) – Degree in any Engineering discipline with professional engineering experience in a position of responsibility
Student Members (SMWTF) – Pursuing engineering in any discipline.

Membership Verticals

Students Chapter

The women tech forum may establish Students’ Chapters in Engineering College or polytechnic college. To establish student’s chapter the minimum requirement of student strength is 30.

Overseas Chapter

The women tech forum will establish Overseas Chapters in other countries with which India has diplomatic relationship for the benefit of the members residing or practicing profession in those countries.
